Run the track parallel to the bench or wall you want lit, then angle the heads about 30 degrees off vertical — pointed straight down they make hot spots, and pointed flat they glare. Two heads on a work surface and two on a wall gives a room depth instead of a wash. Installation is a job for an electrician.
