Styling notes
Top entry does not suit every cat — kittens, very old cats and anything with sore hips will struggle with the climb, so keep an open tray if that describes yours. Give it a fortnight and place it where the old tray was rather than moving both at once. Keep the litter shallower than you would in an open box, since depth makes the climb out harder.
