Greek yogurt is just yogurt with the whey taken out, and the usual method is a sieve balanced over a bowl with a tea towel — which works until you need the fridge shelf back.
This does the same job in a sealed container that sits upright in the fridge. The 80-mesh stainless filter holds back the fine residue, so you get a clean result rather than something gritty.

Styling notes
Overnight in the fridge gives you thick Greek yogurt; two days gives you labneh firm enough to roll. Keep the whey that drains off rather than tipping it — it's useful in bread dough and smoothies. The same mesh handles cold-brew coffee and nut milk, so it earns its cupboard space more than a single-purpose strainer would.
